Learned counsel for the applicants/claimants however seeks time to take appropriate steps within two weeks from today. 3.

In the event appropriate steps are not taken within two weeks, these applications shall stand disposed of with liberty to file a fresh application as an when necessary and as may be permissible in law. 4.
