The matter is placed at the instance of the Registry. The Prothonotary and Senior Master received an undated and unsigned letter from someone described as "tenant of Aram Nagar" making allegations against one Satindra Batra who has made an application in this Court. The Registry is to take no cognizance whatsoever of anonymous communication. This anonymous letter is simply to be filed. If a person has not the courage to put his name to a letter he writes to a court of law, then he does not deserve to be entertained for a single minute.
