Learned counsel for the parties have informed the Court that their clients propose to substitute the earlier consent terms dated 19th August, 2016 by the new consent terms tendered across the bar. By an order dated 19th August, 2016, passed by this Court, the consent terms were taken on record and the company petition came to be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Since the parties have proposed to file the new consent terms in substitution of the earlier consent terms dated 19th August, 2016, by consent of the parties, Company Petition No.101 of 2015 is restored to file. 2.

The parties have already passed requisite resolutions 1/2

904-cp101-15 authorizing the signatories to sign and file the consent terms on their behalf. The consent terms dated 8th March, 2017 are taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. It is made clear that these consent terms are in substitution of the earlier consent terms filed before this Court on 19th August, 2016.
