By a detailed order dated 13th October, 2014, this Court ( Coram : G.S.Patel, J.) had granted ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Notice of Motion in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant. Though, the order is served on the Defendant, the Defendant has not come forward to oppose the above Notice of Motion and has also failed to file Affidavit-in-Reply. In view thereof, for the reasons set out in the order dated 13th October, 2014, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. A copy of this order shall be forwarded to the Defendant.
