The Chamber Order is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,00,000/- each by the Plaintiff to the Defendant Nos.1 and 2 who are appearing before the Court. The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff undertakes to pay cost aggregating to Rs.2,00,000/- as directed herein, to the Defendant Nos.1 and 2 within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.

The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of. 3.
