Mr.Godse appearing for respondent tenders an affidavit of one Girish Pratap Moholkar affirmed on 5th March 2018 confirming service of the notice of proposed withdrawal in Business Standard (English) and Prabhat (Marathi), Pune Edition, on 17th/18th February 2018 and 25th February 2018. The same is taken on record. Mr. Godse also states that respondent has paid a sum of Rs.25,000/- as costs to the office of official liquidator as directed by this Court on 9th February 2018.

Petition accordingly stands disposed.
