The counsel for defendant nos.1 and 5 & 6 states that the ad-interim order granted on 24th October 2007 can be continued till the disposal of the suit. The counsel for the plaintiff also is in agreement to this. In the circumstances, ad-interim order granted on 24th October 2007 to continue to operate till the disposal of the suit. The notice of motion accordingly stands disposed. As regards the 10 chamber summons that are listed today, the plaintiff was to file a reply. The counsel for the plaintiff states that the affidavit in reply in chamber summons No.1046 of 2010, which the applicant's counsel had requested to be taken as lead matter, has been filed in the registry but all the defendants and the applicants in all chamber summons, have not been served with a copy of the reply. The counsel for the plaintiff states that he will serve the reply during the course of today. The above chamber summons be listed for hearing on 10th August 2016.
