Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and the learned AGP for respondent No.1. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 on instructions states that the respondent No.2 has taken a decision not to operate the waiting list any further.

In view of this fact, now no relief can be granted to the petitioners. There is no merit in the petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
