This is one of the group of matters, one of which has been previously referred to the sole arbitration of the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vikramajit Sen (Retd). Parties are agreed that the present matter may also be referred to the sole arbitration of the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vikramajit Sen.

In view of the reference of the previous matter, filing of formal statement of disclosure under Section 11(8) and Section 12 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is unnecessary and is dispensed with.

This Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is disposed of by directing it to be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act before the learned Sole Arbitrator. The Petitioner shall file a true copy of this Petition before the learned Sole Arbitrator.
