By consent, Chamber summons allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out and amended cause title to be served on or before 29.9.2018.

Pleadings in the suit are completed. The suit is of the year 1995. Therefore, parties had ample time to file their affidavit of documents, complete discovery and inspection. Plaintiff and defendants are directed to file their respective affidavit of documents, KJ

During this period, parties shall also exchange their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial. It is made clear that if this exercise is not completed, parties will not be allowed to rely on any document apart from those documents which are annexed to the plaint/written statement/counter claim/written statement to the counter claim or mentioned in the list of documents annexed thereto.

Stand over to 8.10.2018 for issues on which date parties will come with agreed draft issues and a separate list of issues on which they are unable to agree.
