At the outset, the learned counsel for the MCGM makes a statement that condition of the subject toilet-blocks is dilapidated and they are very unclean and unhygienic for human use. It is also submitted that these toilets are required to be entirely demolished and re-constructed. A statement on instructions is also made that MCGM is ready and willing to demolish these toilet-blocks and to reconstruct the same, and for that purpose budgetary provision is also made. Further statement is made that demolition and reconstruction of the toilet-blocks would be done as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period six months from today. Counsel for the MCGM also makes a statement that once the said toilet-blocks are reconstructed, they will be allotted for operation to the entity / person patilsr 1 / 2

in accordance with law and strictly as per the policy of Corporation and the Petitioner would be entitled to make representation in this regard. Statements are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 2.

In the light of above statements, learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, who is present in the Court, fairly concedes that the Petitioner has no more grievance to be agitated before this Court.

In the light of above, writ petition is disposed of. All interim orders come to an end.
