The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the petitioner's application for regularization has been rejected as certain documents are not furnished. On behalf of the petitioner, compilation of documents is placed on record. Page 8 of the said compilation reflects the remarks "Document Rejection".

Another request is made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that without NOC from the society for proposed work, the Corporation be directed to consider the regularization application. It is for the Corporation to take appropriate decision in respect of the same. 3.

The petitioner is at liberty to resort to appropriate remedies. 4.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
