This Chamber Summons has been fled seeking to amend the plaint by adding certain prayers as set out in the schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons.

Considering the averments in the affdavit in support of Pg 1 of 2

22.chscd.1118.2019.doc the Chamber Summons, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the amendments as specified in the SCHEDULE annexed and other consequential changes in the plaint and proceedings accordingly."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and a copy of the amended plaint shall be served on the advocates from the defendant on or before the next date. Reverifcation is dispensed with. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Notice of Motion (L) No. 2074 OF 2015 be listed on 16th October, 2019 for ad-interim reliefs.
