---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 27.11.2015 P.C.:- The application is made by the Joint Director and Inspector appointed under Section 210 of the Companies Act 2013 to extend the time to complete investigation of the affairs of the respondent no.1-company. The extension is sought upto and including 15.1.2016. One of the primary reason for seeking extension allegedly is non co-operation of the directors of the respondent-company. For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support of the application and the additional affidavit, the time is extended upto and including 15.1.2016.

The directors of the company are also hereby directed to remain present as and when the applicant requires and also to provide all documents and information as required by the applicant as and when they seek without fail. Non co-operation will be treated as deliberate dis-obedience of the order of this court and it will be dealt with strictly.
