The learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that he has received instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the order dated 25.04.2017 passed by this court (Coram : S. C. Dharmadhikari and P. D. Naik, JJ.) in Writ Petition (L) Nos.1046/2017 and 1100/2017 with liberty to file afresh, if occasion arises. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
