None of the ex-directors of original petitioner is present in Court. Pursuant to order dated 5th October, 2017, a copy of the Official Liquidator's Report has been forwarded to the ex-directors and original petitioner. There is also a service report of Official Liquidator dated 13th December, 2017. Though served upon ex-directors on 28th November, 2017, no reply has been filed opposing the report.
