Shri Deshmukh appearing for the company states that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has appointed Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) with respect to the company and in two other petitions, the petitioner had withdrawn the petitions with liberty to lodge claims with the IRP.

Shri Joseph appearing for petitioner states that his understanding from what is stated by Shri Deshmukh is that the liquidation process of the company has already begun. Shri Deshmukh confirms the same. Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
