Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

(a) that the delay of 23 months in filing proof of debt with the Respondent be condoned and Respondent be directed to adjudicate the said claim of the Applicant on merits; 2.

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order. The Company Application is accordingly disposed of.
