Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit. Learned Counsel places on record written instructions received by him from the Plaintiff. The authorized representative of Plaintiff, Shri Nilesh Shrimant Pawar, is present in Court. He produces the power of attorney given by the Plaintiff in his favour. He also produces copies of his Company Card and Pan Card. The mail instructions received by the Advocate from the Plaintiff are kept on record, marked "X" for identification. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as costs. Refund of Court fees in accordance with the applicable rules.
