Perused a copy of reply of Shri Shriram Mahadev Manjrekar, working as Senior Inspector Licence, K/W Ward of the first respondent- Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Annexure to the said reply shows that by a communication dated 3rd May 2016, the application made by the petitioner for grant of permission for erection of advertisement hoarding has been rejected.

Hence, nothing survives in this petition. Writ Petition is disposed of.

However, disposal of this petition will not prevent the petitioner from challenging the communication dated 3rd
