By Official Liquidator's Report No.128 of 2023, the official liquidator is seeking a direction for a fresh valuation report to be obtained from a valuer on the panel of the official liquidator. This Court is informed that three attempts were made to auction the immovable property in question. But, no offers were received in these attempts. 2.

In view of the above, the direction sought at prayer clause (a) is granted, which reads as follows:- "(a) In view of paras (14 & 15) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Official Liquidator to appoint a valuer from the panel of the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay, for the purpose of revaluation of the property of company (in liqn) viz. registered office of the company (in liqn) situated at Basement B, Neelam CNT Industrial PCSL, Hind Cycle Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400 025 and permit the Official Liquidator to place further report before this Hon'ble Court for fixing reserve price." 3.
