ORDER

(a) Mr.Justice F.I.Rebello, former Judge of this court having his office at 11-A, Examiner Press Building, 1st floor, 35, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai-400 001, Telephone no.022-22643576, is appointed as sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon all disputes and differences, including counter claim, if any, connected with, in relation to and arising out of the 4 agreements dated 31.8.2016, 19.5.2017, 12.9.2017 and 5.7.2016;

(b) The fees, administrative expenses, typing charges and venue charges shall be shared equally between the parties and the KJ

CARBPL425.17-63 same will be cost in the arbitral proceeding ; (c) Within 4 weeks of receiving a copy of this order either from the advocates for petitioner or for respondents, the learned Arbitrator shall file with the parties, disclosure in writing as required under Section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996;

(d) The present petition filed for reliefs under section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 be considered by the learned Arbitrator as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 ;

(e) Reply filed be also taken on record by the learned Arbitrator. Rejoinder if any, the petitioner may file before the learned Arbitrator. Parties are at liberty to file further pleadings and documents before the learned Arbitrator.

Petition disposed.
