Mr.Anand Angane, Manager of MSTC Ltd. present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 8.11.2017 P.C.:- Official Liquidator states that he has received a communication dated 6.11.2017 from MSTC Ltd with regard to the auction of movable as well as immovable properties of Food & Hospitality Concepts India Pvt. Ltd. (in liquidation). Official Liquidator states that the terms of MSTC so far as immovable properties are concerned as mentioned in paragraph-19E(i) be accepted.

Official Liquidator states that so far as movable properties KJ

OLR239.17-9 are concerned as stated in paragraph-19E(ii), the same may be considered at a later stage and Official Liquidator will file a fresh report with respect to the movables.

I have considered the report. Order in terms of prayer clause-(a1) is granted except that it is restricted to immovable properties.

Report stands disposed accordingly.
