Learned Counsel for the parties request the court for disposing of the arbitration petition, filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by confirming the ad-interim order passed by this court on 26 October 2015 during the pendency of the reference and until an award is passed. Learned Counsel make this request in the light of the fact that the arbitration reference has progressed substantially and an award is likely to be passed soon. Learned Counsel also state that all other prayers in the arbitration petition may be considered by the arbitral forum; all rights and contentions of the parties in that behalf may be kept open. It is ordered accordingly.
