It is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the facts of this petition are on the same lines as a companion petition decided today, namely, Arbitration Petition No.1751 of 2015, and this petition can be decided with the same reasoning as in the case of that companion petition. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in Arbitration Petition No.1751 of 2015, this arbitration petition is dismissed.
