At today's hearing of this writ petition, Mr. Parikh, on instructions, states that the petitioners would be satisfied if this court issues a direction to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to adjudicate on the change report, expeditiously. As far as other prayers are concerned and by which some substantive reliefs are sought, the petitioner would work out his remedies in competent court or forum.

We, only to ascertain from the Assistant Charity Commissioner about the pendency of the matters, requested Mr.Upadhyay appearing for the first respondent to speak to the Assistant Charity Commissioner with regard to the time frame and revert back to this court with necessary instructions. The matter was kept back. The assistant Charity Commissioner has informed Mr. Upadhyay that he would require six months' time to dispose of the present change report submitted by the second respondent.

In the light of this statement of Mr. Upadhyay, we direct that any pending change report and filed by the second respondent so also the change report of 2015 be taken up together and disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Mr. Upadhyay also to communicate this order orally to the Assistant Charity Commissioner.

The writ petition is disposed of in the light of the statement made by Mr. parikh and the directions as above. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the rival contentions. 5.
