The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the partner of the Plaintiff, the partner of the 1st and 2nd Defendants, as also by the 3rd Defendant. They are also signed by the Advocates for the parties.

The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law and they have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 21st November 2016

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 4.
Drawn up decree dispensed with.

The Court Receiver to stand discharged without passing accounts, but on payment of his costs, charges and expenses within a period of four weeks from today by the Plaintiffs. 6.
The Notice of Motion does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
