The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the water supply of the petitioner-society has been restored by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation as per the ad-interim order passed this Court. He has placed on record the order dated 12th August 2014 passed by this Court in the Suit No.98 of 2013 filed by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the suit relates to the issue of payment of maintenance charges and water charges by the sixth respondent. He states that in view of restoration of the water supply by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the pendency of the Suit No.98 of 2013, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
