Heard. In the present proceedings, this court (Coram : A. A. Sayed, J. ) passed order dated 07/01/2015 directing the Plaintiff to file affidavit of evidence and compilation of documents. Again on 11/02/2015 time was granted to do so.

Till today, same is not complied with by the Plaintiff. Hence, as a last chance, 2 weeks time is granted to the Plaintiff to file affidavit of evidence and compilation of documents, if they want to proceed with the matter, failing which both the suits shall stands dismissed without further reference to the court.
