This Judge's Order seeks an order for deposit of the share of the minor daughter of the deceased from out of the insurance amount payable to the legal heirs of the deceased, into this Court. The deceased died intestate and the present petition is taken out for succession certificate in respect of debts belonging to the deceased. The deceased is survived by the widow and two children, namely, a son and a daughter, on whose behalf the present application is made. The application is made by the widow. The other heir and next kin of the deceased, namely, the son, is present in Court and consents to the present order being passed. Accordingly, a separate Judge's order is signed. ( S.C.
