No. 657 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant in Company Application No.283 of 2014 to amend the cause title accordingly and serve a copy of the amended application upon the advocates for Lakshmi Organics Industries Limited and also the official liquidator within one week. Lakshmi Organics Industries Limited to file a reply to Company Application No. 283 of 2014 and serve a copy thereof upon the applicant as well as the official liquidator within two weeks from today.
