Time to complete arbitral proceedings in the reference forming subject matter of this petition is extended on 15th March, 2018. The learned Counsel points out that recording of evidence has been completed and all that remains is for Counsel to make submissions in the matter. It is also pointed out in the minutes dated 31st August, 2018 that five dates have been fixed between 21st February, 2019 and 12th March, 2019 to complete the arguments. Thereafter the Tribunal will require some time to make an award.

Considering the fact that both parties have agreed today that neither of them will seek adjournment, time is extended up to 31st July, 2019. No further extension will be granted.
