After the Company Application was argued for some time, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner bank and at whose instance this Company Application has been filed, seeks leave to withdraw the Company Application with a liberty to seek the same prayers before appropriate authorities under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

In view of the aforesaid statement, leave is granted. The Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. There shall be no order as to costs.
