I have considered the official liquidator's report. The counsel appearing for the secured creditors have no objection. The counsel appearing for the owner of the premises states that they should be granted possession of the premises soon. The same will be considered after the official liquidator completes formalities.

In the circumstances, the official liquidator's report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
