CHAMBER SUMMONS NO. 85 OF 2015 Heard the counsel for plaintiffs/applicants.

This chamber summons is to bring on record the legal heirs of defendant nos.7, 8, 10 and 11 as per the schedule annexed to the chamber summons.

Mr.Kedia for the applicants states that this chamber summons is taken out based on a letter dated 7th April 2014 read with letter dated 5th April 2013. No affidavit opposing the chamber summons is also filed. Therefore, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment to be carried out and the amended plaint to be served within three weeks from today.

CHAMBER SUMMONS NO. 1621 OF 2016 This chamber summons, though not listed, by consent, taken up for hearing.

This chamber summons is to bring on record the legal heirs of defendant no.15 as per the schedule annexed to the chamber summons. Mr.Kedia for the applicants states that this chamber summons is taken out based on a letter dated 6th August 2015. No affidavit opposing the chamber summons is also filed.

Therefore, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
