In the official liqudiator's report, the official liquidator is praying to this Court to issue warrant against the 9 persons mentioned in prayer clause (a), leave to pay advertisement charges and to direct the 5 persons mentioned in prayer clause (c) to file statement of affairs required under Section 454 of the Companies Act, 1956. Satish J. Shah, one of the person mentioned in prayer clause (a) but not included in prayer clause (c), has filed an affidavit dated 27.10.2015 explaining the circumstances under Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2

903.olr.473.2015.doc which he got involved with the company. Shri N.M. Shah, counsel for Satish J. Shah states that Satish J. Shah will remain present in Court and attend the office of the official liquidator as and when called upon by the official liquidator provided atleast 10 days advance notice is given. In view of this statement made by Shri Shah, Advocate on behalf of Satish J. Shah, the warrant need not be executed against the said Satish J. Shah.

The official liquidator's report otherwise is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
