Perused the the petition and earlier Judge's Order, by which the Hon'

ble Court has permitted the petitioner to sale the property. 2.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that there is no need to take any order regarding the earlier order, as the petitioner is not going to act as per the said order, as the said vendor has withdrawn himself from the agreement. However, submission is not acceptable, as the said order is in existence and therefore, directions required to be taken in this regard.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that draft of the judge's order along with the affidavit of the petitioners, copy of the grant, copy of the share certificate, copy of the draft of the agreement.

There are corrections in the draft in the which are suggested, such as date of affidavit is not written, petition number typed in the middle body of the draft, etc. Hence, the petitioners to ratify the draft as per the earlier draft.

Upon the submission of the draft, the office to register the Judge's Order, if is found complete in the all respect, including exhibiting the documents and flagging the document and after having been initialed by the under singed officer.
