Ms. Krishanappa, counsel for plaintiff states that the evidence affidavit of original plaintiff's first witness is already on record and further states that liberty has been granted to original plaintiff to file additional evidence affidavit in lieu of examination in chief. Registry to take the same on record. Stand over to 6th September 2018 for marking of documents/ recording of evidence on which date original plaintiff's first witness shall remain present in Court.
