1] It is the contention of the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been prevented from entering the school and as such the effect of the same is that his services have been otherwise terminated. 2] The term "termination" also includes otherwise termination of services which can be challenged by way of an Appeal before the learned School tribunal.

3] In view of the alternate remedy available to the Petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition. The Petition is rejected by relegating the Petitioner to the alternate remedy available him in law.
