The present Judge's Order seeks a direction for opening of a bank locker. The contents of the bank locker form part of the estate of the deceased. A certificate issued by the bank in that behalf is annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. The Judge's Order prays for opening of the locker and making of an inventory of its contents and resealing of the locker. A separate Judge's Order to that effect is signed. Parties, including the concerned bank, to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
