A statement is made on behalf MCGM that the Annexure II has now been finalised and 26 persons have been found to be illegible. The contentions of the occupants are kept open for appropriate proceedings. The MCGM will now proceed in accordance with law to clear the site so that the decree can be fully executed.

The Execution Application will stand disposed of and the decree will stand marked fully satisfied once vacant possession has been handed over to the Decree Holder.
