This petition challenges the Arbitral Award dated 12th July, 2017 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. The parties to these proceedings have settled the dispute amicably in terms of the consent terms dated 29th November, 2017. The consent terms dated 29th November, 2017 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

These consent terms have been filed by Petitioner No.2 in his individual capacity as also as the Power of Attorney Holder for Petitioner No.3 and Respondent Nos.2 to 24 besides as the director of Petitioner No.1. Further Petitioner No.2 admits to the execution of these consent terms. The copies of the power of attorney in his favour by Petitioner No.3 and . by Respondent Nos. 2 to 24 are annexed to this consent terms. 4.
Respondent no.1 is represented by Mr. J. Jani, who is authorized signatory and he admits to the execution of these consent terms. The identity proof in the form of Adhar Card in case of Petitioner No.2 and the Driving Licence in case of J. Jani, Authorized Signatory of Respondent No.1 is also annexed to the consent terms. The Advocates appearing for the parties identify their clients and their signatures to the consent terms. 5.
In the above view, this Commercial Arbitration petition is disposed of in accordance with the consent terms dated 4th December, 2017 read with the 2/3
