The suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. Two days ago, I considered these and I asked the parties to take instructions on the time limits for Clauses 11 and 12 of the Consent Terms. They have now done so and they request by consent that the agreed time limits be incorporated in this order.

The Consent Terms tendered are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. These are signed by the Plaintiffs and by a director of Defendant No.1A as also by their respective Advocates.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order, that they not contrary to law and they have been drawn by the parties of their own volition.

By consent the time for sale of the two mortgaged properties in Clause 11 is fixed as one year from today with an extension of six months, if required. As regards Clause 12, the time period for payment of the shortfall, if any will, by consent, be a period of six months from the date of the later of the sales of the two properties, or the date of the last sale.

The suit is disposed of in these terms.

Refund of Court fees in accordance with the Rules. 7.

Drawn up order expedited.

8.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter.
