This is a motion whereby the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 6 days in filing the above application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and having perused the averments as made in paragraphs 4 to 8 of affidavit in support of the motion, in my opinion it is in the interest of justice that the delay in filing the application is condoned.
