Learned counsel for the applicants-plaintiffs points out that the interim application incorrectly seeks deletion of name of the 1 st defendant. What was sought to be deleted was the name of defendant 1(a), who has expired. Accordingly, she tenders draft amendment.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I pass the following order:- (i) Amendment is permitted in terms of the draft handed in and marked "X" for identification. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. (ii) List the Suit on 15 th November 2021 for filing consent terms.

(iii) IA is disposed in the above terms.
