The petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to accept the document a copy of which is annexed at Exh.A to the petition for registration in accordance with the Indian Registration Act, 1908. The contention of the petitioner is that an attempt was made to produce the document in the Office of the respondent No.4, but he refused to accept. The petitioner has not approached the 4th respondent with this grievance. Only this ground, this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not entertained and is disposed of. 2.

It will be open for the petitioner to make a representation to 4th respondent which will be decided as early as possible in accordance with law.
