In view of the fact that the respondents have tendered pay order to the petitioner for the transit rent for the period ending 30th June, 2018, in our considered view, nothing survives in this petition. However, it is expected from the respondent no. 4 to continue to make the payment till rehabilitation is done. Petition stands disposed of.
