Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 states that the signatory of the consent terms is authorized to file and sign the said consent terms. A copy of the letter addressed by the respondent no.1 to the director Mr.Mohan Babulal Jain referring to such resolution passed by the respondent no.1 company and authorizing him to sign the consent terms is tendered and is taken on record. The signatures of the parties are identified by their respective advocates. Consent terms are taken on record and are marked 'X' for identification. Undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted.

Company Appeal (L) No.62 of 2014 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs.

Company Appeal (L) No.46 of 2010, Company Appeal (L) No.69 of 2014, Company Appeal (L) No.70 of 2014, Company Appeal (L) No.71 of 2014 are disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

Company Application (L) No. 2 of 2016 in Company Appeal (L) No.69 of 2014 and other pending interlocutory applications in the aforesaid company appeals stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondent no.12 does not press Contempt Petition No. 1 of 2009 and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
