The Petition is for Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827. The Petitioner is the widow of the deceased. The other two heirs are the children of the deceased, a son and a daughter. They have given their consent. There are no other heirs.

In view of the facts, issuance of proclamation is dispensed with. The Petition is returnable forthwith and taken up for hearing and final disposal.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate in respect of one Suresh Vishnu Rawool, who is said to have died intestate in Ulhasnagar on 5th August 2013. He was ordinarily residing at BK No. 1425, Room No. 3, Maratha Section 32, Ulhasnagar-4, District Thane 421 004. A copy of his death certificate is annexed. The parents of the deceased died before him. The names of the heirs are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 4 of the petition. 5.
The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for submission to the Deputy chief Officer, MHADA in respect of the property allotted to the deceased in Mumbai.

All other heirs have given their consent. No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Smita Suresh Rawool, Vinayak Suresh Rawool, Komal Suresh Rawool.
