Heard learned counsel for the parties on the Notice of Motion Nos. 478 of 2017 and 479 of 2017 filed by the Applicant Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited as party Respondent No. 2 in the Writ Petition.

The Notice of Motions have not been opposed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Notice of Motions may be allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in regard to the merits of the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, we allow the Notice of Motions. 5.
The learned counsel for the Petitioners seek leave to amend the Petitions so as to implead Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited as party Respondent. The prayer is accepted. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 6.
The interim order passed earlier to continue till the next date of hearing.

List the Petitions as per CMIS date.
